Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts   Ingredients About 2 lbs Brussels Sprouts 4 tablespoons Scallion olive oil 1 ½  teaspoons medium coarse sea salt   *this also tastes great with lemon olive oil. *see below for added suggestions before roasting         Directions 1.    Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2.    Take the sprouts and remove any yellow leaves, cut the stems down and then place in a bowl of slightly warm water.  Olive Oil Oatmeal Cookies   Ingredients 3/4 cup Persian Lime olive oil 1 cup white sugar 1 cup golden brown sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground cloves (may omit or reduce to ¼ t) 2 cups quick cooking oats   medium-coarse sea salt to sprinkle on top, (our ginger sea salt works great) approximately ½ tablespoon   Directions 1.    In large mixing bowl, cream together olive oil, white sugar and brown sugar.
